Before the Big Day: Planning
- Three strategic planning sessions (60 minutes each) covering logistics, vendor introductions, floor plan, morning schedule, photography style, and your working timeline
- Scheduled ‘takeover’ consultation 4 weeks prior to your wedding day to hand everything over
- Phone confirmations to review the final wedding day schedule & execution plan with 5 key vendors
- Wedding rehearsal (1 hour)
- Review and distribution of your ‘final wedding timeline’ to all key vendors 7–10 days before your wedding day

On the Big Day: Event Coordination (10 Hours)
- Your planners arrive onsite 3 hours before you walk down the aisle to set up decor and make sure everything is perfectly in place
- Facilitation of wedding processional and recessional
- Liaison for all vendors and key contact for the venue, from champagne toast to speeches
- Onsite from before you say ‘I do’ until you hit the dance floor for your first dance as married
- Wedding emergency aversion kit on hand at all times
- 1 principal planner (10 hours)
