- Tabletop design: linens, place settings, centerpieces, candles, napkins, place cards, menus
- Floor plan design for ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner, dessert, and dancing
- Advice on creating your custom wedding website
- Sourcing of all décor needs, applying vendor discounts where applicable

Before the Big Day: Planning
- 10 hours of meetings and consultations from the time of booking
- Unlimited email and phone correspondence from day of booking
- Access to your custom Wedding Planning Portfolio, timelines, checklists, and expert planning guides
- Budget creation & management
- Key contact for sourcing and booking all vendors
- Contract management, scheduling logistics, and organizing vendor payments
- Venue sourcing for ceremony, reception & accommodations
- Guidance on marriage licenses and other required legal documents
- Recommendations for bachelor/bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party

On the Big Day: Event Coordination (12+ Hours)
- Morning check-in with the couple to confirm all is going to plan
- Arrival onsite at time of access to begin ceremony and reception set-up
- Set-up of all wedding accessories and décor with the finest attention to detail
- Directing ceremony processional and recessional
- Coordinating with the catering team for champagne toast and dinner service
- Liaison for all vendors and key contact for the venue all day long
- Cueing the emcee, DJ, catering team, and speeches throughout the reception
- Supervision from nuptials through reception completion, plus tear down and clean up
- 1 principal planner & assistant onsite from start to finish

Investment begins at $6,500, plus coverage of travel and overnight accommodations if required.
